Wind Tunnel Free App Reviews

Last update brought me close to paradise ;-) I give you already top rank !! My personal sixth star will be for : - show inlet speed on cursor - display pressure scale bar - undo function - save/load models as bitmaps from camera roll - zoom - stramlines/speed intensity - modify fluid viscosity/density Bravissimo !!

Excellent app. Bluffing power. I just wish the ability to import/export models. That would make it a killing app!

Very good software It would be better if we can generate shape in a more accuate way and if we could modify fluid caracteristic to simulate air and water The record of shape to compare shape could also be usefull

This is a very very good app for lift/drag demonstration of any objects because you draw them !! Anyway, as I state in the title, if developpers add the iPad rotation to control the flow angle, it Will be a PERFECT app, more useful, and better to illustrate lift/drag at any angle of attack, just by turning (banking) the iPad... With this update, I Will add the 5th star !!! Thank you ;-) A Flight Instructor

Thanks for the fluidic simulation app. Is it possible in future to handle the own drawings as object to rotate it in free angle and to move it. And it would be great, if you could save the own drawings. Keep it up!

Why is it not possible to take a picture from the liberay, to draw around a car o similar?

This is a cool app...but I think you should be able to pause the particles or smoke, draw something then play...this would make it 5 stars!

I think "calculate" gives drag force? If the software provided fluid density and speed plus the width of the object, we could calculate a proper drag coefficient which would be great.

I suppose you could hire a team of scientists to do this not so long ago to research this for a few tens of thousands of dollars, heh.

Fantastic visualization tool. Being able to draw shapes and contours in the "windstream" is not just interesting, but fun at the same time. Would be neat if you could accelerate/decelerate the velocity. Love it.

I think i learnt more about playing with this app in 20 mins than i did from my fluid dynamics course (from a conceptual view) and a child could use its so easy and fun! Great job!!!

Hey developer. Do you want five stars? Then give me the ability to save what I have drawn so I can call up previous projects. An undo button would be nice to. My students (grades 7-12) just love this program and they are disappointed when they cannot save their work when their mean old teacher takes his iPad back!

Hey developer, this is a great app, but being able to save the objects you draw would be great, as well as a redo button. It would really make this app a work of art! Please dont just ignore this review, others agree it would be a better experience with a save option and an undo button. Cheers!

Another thing that would make this app even better would be if you can take a picture of an object then put it into the wind tunnel.

Get wind tunnel pro! I very much enjoy this app, but Im very bummed to see wind tunnel pro, with extra features for 1$ more.. I should be able to pay the extra dollar to upgrade rather then having to shell out the full cost. Hopefully my five star rating will make somebody throw me a bone.. Great app!

Nice app but It would be nice having somme kind of option to import a picture so we could draw our profile over it. And maybe a more advanced drawing interface with brush size and stuff. Thanks
